The Rorakay service

Rorakay provides tools to create event pages, receive and manage video messages, and use features included in an active plan. Rorakay provides the service and does not create, publish, or endorse messages created by users.

You must have legal capacity to use the service or obtain parental or guardian consent where required by law.

Accounts, event links, and security

Account owners are responsible for protecting account access, devices, and shared event links. Activity resulting from a user's intentional or negligent sharing of access remains the user's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Contact support promptly if you notice unrecognized access or activity. We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Content, rights, and consent

Submitters retain rights to their content. By submitting content, they grant Rorakay limited permission to store, process, display, and deliver it only as needed to provide the service.

Users represent that they have the rights, permissions, and consents required for submitted content and that its use does not violate law, privacy, copyright, image rights, or another person's rights.

Event owners are responsible for who receives their event link and for further use of content after it is downloaded or shared outside Rorakay.

Prohibited use

Rorakay may refuse, restrict, disable, or remove access or content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, handling reports, or protecting another person's rights.

• Submitting illegal, threatening, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Submitting another person's content without required rights or consent.
• Using the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, or damaging the service.

Availability and service limitations

We use reasonable efforts to keep Rorakay secure and available. Digital services have limitations, however, and cannot be guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free, risk-free, or compatible with every device and network.

Interruptions may result from maintenance, internet connectivity, user devices, third-party services, emergencies, disasters, government action, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service when the disruption is within our control.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for content and actions performed through accounts or access under their control, including ensuring content is lawful, obtaining required permissions, keeping personal copies of important content where the plan allows, and not using the service to harm others.

Rorakay is not responsible for disputes among event owners, guests, or others arising solely from content, relationships between those parties, or use of content outside Rorakay's control, unless the law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rorakay is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, opportunities, reputation, or losses resulting from users, third parties, user devices, networks, or circumstances beyond Rorakay's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or transfers responsibilities that the law requires Rorakay to bear, or limits consumer or data-subject rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Claims resulting from user conduct

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for third-party claims directly resulting from content they submit or conduct that violates these terms or another person's rights. This does not apply where a claim results from fault or a violation for which Rorakay is legally responsible.

Plans, payment, and changes

Features, price, viewable-video limits, and storage periods follow the plan selected when an order is created. Paid plans activate after payment is verified.

We may reasonably update the service or these terms for security, compliance, or service development. Material changes to these terms will have an updated effective date and, where required, reasonable notice.

Law and dispute resolution

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a problem arises, users are encouraged to contact Rorakay first so a good-faith resolution can be attempted. Each party retains access to dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
