Video Storage and Deletion

Submission window

Guests may submit messages until seven days after the event date. The collection may remain available afterward, but new submissions are closed.

Storage period

Storage follows the active plan shown when the order is placed. Event owners are encouraged to download important content before storage expires where the plan includes downloads.

After storage expires, access may be restricted and data may enter a grace period before permanent deletion. Availability during a grace period is not guaranteed.

Deletion and recovery

Event owners can delete videos or events from the dashboard. Items still within the recovery period may be restored. Once that period ends, permanent deletion may occur and data may no longer be recoverable.

In limited circumstances, temporary copies may remain as needed for security, service recovery, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Such copies are not used as an active user collection.

Submitter requests

A submitter who wants to withdraw a video may contact support. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and locate the relevant content before taking action.
