RORAKAY POLICY
Transaction Policy
This policy governs Rorakay plan purchases, service activation, and transaction issue handling so each purchase is processed clearly and remains traceable.

Before completing payment, users must review the displayed plan, price, benefits, intended event, and transaction information.
By proceeding with payment, users confirm that the order information has been reviewed and agree to the applicable Rorakay Transaction Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Plan activation and final transactions
Paid plans are activated after payment is successfully verified by the system. Order status and plan activation are recorded to support transaction verification and customer service.
Once payment succeeds and the plan is activated, the transaction is final. Cancellation or refunds are not provided for changes of mind, user selection errors, unused benefits, or event cancellation or postponement, except where another remedy is required by applicable law.
Payment issues and verification
If there is a suspected duplicate payment, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction, or a recorded payment without plan activation, users may contact Rorakay with the order number and payment evidence.
Rorakay will verify the matter against available transaction records and provide an appropriate resolution based on the verification result, service terms, and applicable legal obligations.
